Do you have a successful business and want to expand it?
We offer personalized consulting services for franchising your business. The decision to franchise comes either from the desire to change the role of an entrepreneur to that of a trend setter, or from the need to expand the current business portfolio or to scale the business model held at national and/or international level, with the reduction of investment risk .
Regardless of the reason underlying the decision to scale your business, the first step is to answer the question: "Is my business scalable regionally/nationally?"
It is essential that before putting a viable business on the market to be expanded through the franchise network, to secure the business model through the operational manual, procedures and flows, franchise contract, etc. The documentation presented to potential investors must be compliant and to comply with the standards imposed by the legislation in force.
The franchise business involves, on the one hand, providing a complete and functional work model for the buyer, but it also comes with a series of restrictions for him. The GBD team assists you in transposing the entire work methodology from the franchisor to the franchisee, so that both partners can efficiently go through the business model scaling procedure.
How many types of franchise are there?
There are mainly three franchise models:
- The first franchise model, and the most common, is the one through which franchisees are granted a business format, an operating system and the rights to the trademark.
- The second type of franchise is defined by product distribution, which is more of a supplier-merchant agreement. The franchisor grants the franchisee permission to sell or distribute a product, using the logo, trademarks and trade name, but usually does not provide an operating system for the business.
- The third type of franchise is the production one, where the franchisor allows the franchise buyer to market his products under his trademarks.
